All our Sanremo machines are delivered within 3 working days to UK Mainland.

After you place your order we will contact you to book in your installation (if applicable). A trained Sanremo technician will attend your premesis to carry out the installation.

We will share pre-installation requirements with you so you can ensure you have the correct plumbing and wiring, and prepare your space for the machine.

We strongly recommend purchasing a water filter with your machine to protect the manufacturer's warranty.

Some others seem to have good experience of these guys, but our experience has been pretty bad. They advertise installation and training, along with delivery and installation timeframes, tailored to each machine. Please be careful and take these with a pinch of salt. First there were significant delays by Jeremy emailing trying to sell other items first. Then Jeremy said that the website was mistaken as they don’t install, even though the webpage of the machine today still details installation and training included! We know another business who bought the same machine who did get it with installation. Jeremy then lied and has been gaslighting and evasive since, yet neither delivering a machine nor refunding. We are now in a dispute with PayPal. Please be very wary of these guys.

Jeremy and the team at Ain’t No Barista are extremely professional and helpful at every step of the process. We bought a WMF 1500s. Great price and looked after us with some free quality coffee beans. We are a high output quality restaurant and wanted a machine that can produce a fresh coffee that surpasses a handmade coffee and keeps the consistency constant. This machine does exactly that and Ain’t No Barista helped us achieve our goal. I cannot recommend them enough. We can now offer iced coffee too which has been a great hit!

Amazing coffee! I had the Colombian single origin and brewed it as espresso, it had a great rounded flavour, and the hit of cocoa was beautiful whilst still maintaining a really silky feel on the palette!
